We have reimagined the traditional hotel lobby restaurant and bar as a comfortable space to relax. At its center is Brasserie, led by Chef Michael Magallanes, who combines French culinary techniques with seasonal ingredients from local farmers’ markets and coastal producers. The menu draws inspiration from classic French brasseries, featuring dishes such as potato and leek croquettes, onion soup, bone marrow, steak frites with California-raised beef, and fresh oysters.
The wine selections are highlighted by French and Californian wines from notable regions and producers, while the beverage menu features a variety of classics as well as signature cocktails.
